Direct payments give you the freedom to choose your own care provider. If you or a loved one has been assessed by the local authority as eligible for care funding, you may receive this support as a direct payment — money paid to you to arrange your own care. CYAN Healthcare can be commissioned directly through a direct payment arrangement.
