How do I arrange a care assessment?

Simply get in touch by phone, email, or through our contact form. We'll arrange a free home assessment at a time that suits you. We'll come and listen carefully to the person's needs, routines, and preferences, and talk through what support might look like. There is no obligation and no pressure.

How can home care be funded?

Home care can be funded in several ways. Many families fund care privately. If your loved one has been assessed by North Northamptonshire Council as eligible for care funding, they may receive a direct payment — money paid directly to them to arrange their own care, which can be used to commission CYAN Healthcare. In some cases, individuals with significant and complex health needs may be eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. We are happy to discuss which options may apply to your situation.

How quickly can care be put in place?
